As a key member of our legal department, you will play a vital role in supporting our business and stakeholders by reviewing and drafting commercial contracts. Your expertise will ensure compliance and drive innovative strategies in the dynamic digital entertainment and crypto marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating critical contracts including service agreements, licensing agreements, sponsorship agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Providing expert advice to internal stakeholders on various issues.
- Monitoring regulatory changes in the digital entertainment and gambling industries.
- Offering compliance advice and implementing policies to reduce legal risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law and admission to practice in Australia.
- 3-5 years of experience in private practice.
- Proficiency in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Technology and Digital Entertainment acumen.
- Sports & Gambling knowledge.
- Cryptocurrency knowledge.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
