Key Responsibilities:
• Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and finalize various legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and other legal correspondences related to housing finance.
• Litigation Support: Represent the company in legal proceedings, handle litigation cases, and coordinate with external legal counsel as required.
• Compliance: Ensure all company operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to housing finance and real estate.
• Advisory: Provide legal advice to management on various legal matters, including risk management, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle customer disputes, including negotiation and settlement processes, and represent the company in court if necessary.
• Legal Research: Conduct research on legal issues, stay updated on changes in housing finance laws and regulations, and provide insights to the management team.
• Liaison: Act as a liaison between the company and various legal authorities, government bodies, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience as a Legal Advocate, preferably in the housing finance or real estate sector.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of housing finance laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple legal cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret complex legal documents.
