Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Legal Advocate at Efficax Legal Solutions. The Legal Advocate will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting contractual agreements, managing legal affairs, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The role is based in Mumbai but allows for some work from home.
Qualifications
Law and Legal Advice skills
Experience in drafting Contractual Agreements
Knowledge of Legal Affairs and Negotiation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Day-to-day involves Travel and expertise in Bank documentation processes
Experience in litigation and dispute resolution is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
