Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team at Chandler Macleod Group. As a key member of our family law practice, you will provide expert advice and representation to clients in complex family law matters.
Main Responsibilities:
Advise clients on family law issues, including parenting arrangements, property division, and spousal maintenance
Represent clients in Family Court proceedings, negotiating settlements and advocating for their interests
Prepare and file Court documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and other supporting materials
Conduct research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and case law
Develop and implement strategies to achieve client goals and objectives
What We're Looking For:
0-10 years' experience in family law, with a strong focus on advocacy and litigation
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and case law
