Experienced professionals in complaint handling with exposure to Reserve Bank of India CMS and CPGRAMS.
Experience: 1+ Year
Location: NSP, Pitampura Delhi
Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience in RBI CMS & CPGRAMS complaint handling Strong drafting skills (Regulatory replies)
Understanding of RBI guidelines & TAT compliance
Background in NBFC / Banking / Legal / Compliance preferred
Responsibilities:
Handling and resolving regulatory complaints
Drafting replies to RBI & CPGRAMS authorities
Coordinating with internal teams for closure
Maintaining complaint records & analysis
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
