- Manage office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings.

- Screen phone calls and route callers - Prepare and format legal and management reports. Maintain and update databases and tracking systems. Respond to all related queries. Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance. Ability to grasp and interpret legal documents.

- Experience as an administrative assistant in a law firm or in a corporate legal department, legal assistant, legal secretary will be an advantage.
