Represent Allianz at settlement conferences and contribute to achieving better than industry claim outcomes.
Develop strategies for early and effective settlement negotiations, resulting in fair outcomes for customers.
Apply expert negotiation practices and mentor claims staff to support Long Tail business.
Provide high-quality, customer-focused settlement advice and action.
Support local claims teams with technical and legal information interpretation and application.
About You:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
Extensive experience in Insurance/financial services, preferably in SACTP personal injury sector.
Proven ability to develop successful claims strategies and excellent negotiation skills.
Demonstrated experience in interpreting legislation, legal principles, and guidelines.
Sound business acumen, planning, and data management experience.
