Job Title: Legal Application Functional Lead
Location: Pune
Role Maturity: 5 years of functional and end-to-end workflow experience on legal enterprise applications like:
Legal: Onit ELM, OnIT-FCC Onit Legal Hold, Onit POA, iManage, Anaqua, Nimity, TrustArc, WebTMS etc.
Compliance: Bridger XG, Spirit Case IQ etc.
Security: GardaWorld, Lenel OnGuard or any other
Property Management: Cloudbooking or any other
Education Background: LLB, Legal application with certification
Certification: Candidate with certification in one of the Legal & Compliance platforms such as Lenel, Onit, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• End-to-end legal application workflow and function support
• Ensure the key applications are functional without compromised user experience
• Work directly with business users to track and report a functional/ production / operational incidents
• Use established best practices to ensure timely and successful legal application function support
• Excellent understanding of legal application and legal research as demonstrated by a good level of relevant practical experience
• Function workflow troubleshooting and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section
• Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents
• Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or clarification
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives
• Responsible for improving and documenting processes around application support
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers on change requests, managing issues and establishing priorities
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
