VGW is an interactive entertainment company that harnesses technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games. We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team in Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the legal team, including filing, photocopying, and conducting searches.
Assist with diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings, and monitoring team emails.
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, and reconcile travel expenses.
Support the Legal Team in opening and closing matters, organising documents, and ensuring all matter-related emails are saved in the Document Management System (DMS).
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience within a legal or professional services firm.
Experience using document management software.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
