Description
Legal Assistant responsibility include:
• Negotiate, review, drafting, vetting of various contracts and agreements
• Drafting knowledge of notices/reply notice/letters to any govt., & Non-Govt. authorities.
• Drafting of other miscellaneous documents like Power of Attorney, Undertakings required as per the need of business, Memorandum of Understanding, No Objection Certificate (NOC)
• Responsible for supporting Groups Secretarial function, convening of Board shareholders & Committee Meeting
• Attending and handling court cases, case notices and handle all litigation matters with support of external counsel;
• Submission of reports/ MIS/ litigation updates, contract trackers to the Department on monthly & quarterly basis.
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations
• Taking care of any matter as and when received from the management and advising them within the legal ambit.
