Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Legal Assistant role located in Ahmedabad. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for RERA registration and compliances, title clearance and investigation, drafting legal documents like conveyance deeds and contracts, as well as providing corporate advisory services including ROC compliances.
Qualifications
- Law and Legal Document Preparation skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Administrative Assistance and Legal Assistant experience
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of corporate legal laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- fluent Gujarati and English laguage knowledge.
