Castle & Associates are a boutique Family Law firm seeking a Legal Assistant with 5-7 years experience.

The successful candidate should have strong Legal Assistant experience in the Family Law area and the position will require the following:
• Keeping files organized;
• Reviewing all correspondence received and prioritizing;
• Monitoring lawyer's calendars and meeting deadlines;
• Keeping clients informed by maintaining contact;
• Preparation and drafting of Pleadings and disclosure;
• Monitoring limitation dates;
• Scheduling appointments;
• Drafting correspondence;
• Assisting with client management; and
• Supporting and assisting other staff in the office.

Skills required:
• Strong organization and time management skills;
• Strong ability to learn and take initiative;
• Ability to work in fast-paced team environment;
• Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment; and
• Ability to deal with conflict in a family litigation setting.
