Join our team and help drive success in foreclosure, creditor rights, and real estate litigation cases.
What You’ll Do:
Draft, prepare, and file complaints, motions, judgments, and other pleadings.
Review and redact sensitive information (NPPI).
Keep case files and client/internal systems (ICE, Tempo, etc.) accurate and up to date.
Track deadlines, schedule hearings/mediations, and monitor team workflows.
Communicate confidently with clients, courts, Co-Counsel, and attorneys.
Ensure compliance with firm policies, standard operating procedures, client directives, and legal regulations.
Support attorneys with administrative and litigation tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal (foreclosure/real estate litigation preferred).
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Perfect Practice, Tempo, ICE, or similar platforms a plus.
Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
