Description
We are looking for a Legal Assistant / Executive for our Legal department to be based at our corporate office located in New Cuffe Parade ,Wadala Mumbai.
• Drafting, vetting and negotiation of sales contracts, suppliers contracts, third-party agreements, lease agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, recovery notices, disputes, litigations, other IT & HR matters including Liasoning with HODs / outside counsels.
• Assistance in overseeing all the IPR of the company including any trademarks, patents, etc. by ensuring proper documentation and protection for the same.
• Maintaining internal legal MIS for litigation and non-litigation matters.
• Assisting the Secretarial & Legal team for the Preparation of various agenda, notes, reports, presentations and minutes for Risk Management & ESG matters.
• Assisting in enhancing the compliance standards, processes and systems to ensure good corporate governance practices and implement various initiatives suggested by the Senior management / HODs for legal matters.
Education Qualifications : LLB / LLM
Experience
Work experience : 2- 4 years
Functional skills required to execute the role
• Good knowledge of Indian Contract Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Trademarks, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, etc.
• Excellent drafting & communication skills
