Job Title: Corporate Associate
Location: Mumbai / Delhi
Experience: 1–3 years
Department: Corporate Law / Securities Law
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with SEBI regulatory compliance (ICDR, LODR, Insider Trading, etc.)
Draft & review corporate agreements (shareholders’ agreements, NDAs, service/vendor contracts)
Support mutual fund, AIF setups, and investment manager compliance
Assist in M&A due diligence and fund structuring
Liaise with SEBI/RBI for filings and clarifications
Stay updated on capital markets and company law changes
Requirements:
LL.B. (CS preferred but not mandatory)
1–3 years’ experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
Strong research, drafting, and documentation skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Nice to Have:
Exposure to SEBI filings, IPOs, mutual funds, or corporate compliance work
