Job Responsibilities:
• Handling legal liaisoning work with government departments, regulatory bodies, and other authorities.
• Preparing and maintaining legal documentation, agreements, and compliance-related records.
• Coordinating with internal departments for timely submission of required documents.
• Ensuring statutory compliance and assisting in resolving legal queries/issues.
• Representing the company in front of concerned authorities wherever required.
• Assisting senior management in legal research and drafting.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Prior experience in legal liaisoning will be preferred.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with officials and handle compliance-related work.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
