Key Responsibilities:
1.Draft and review contracts.
2.Assist with regulatory compliance (data privacy, employment laws, industry standards).
3.Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters.
4.Manage document organization and legal filings.
5.Support dispute resolution and litigation processes.
Qualifications:
1.Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an accredited law school
2.Active state bar admission is preferred but not required
3.2-3 years of law firm/in-house experience
4.Strong communication, writing, legal research, and analytical skills
5.Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
