Job Position: Legal Associate. We are hiring for two positions.
Experience : 1-3 year
Job Description:
1) Provide legal advice and support to the company on a range of legal matters, including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
2) Conduct legal research and analysis to identify and evaluate legal risks and opportunities for the company.
3) Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures.
4) Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with all relevant legal and contractual requirements to minimize risk exposure for the company.
5) Review contractual arrangements, conduct risk assessment for such arrangements and support project and various concerns teams in addressing and mitigating risks that may arise.
6) Support in contract negotiation and drafting contractual letters
7) Supporting external legal counsel in managing legal disputes, including legal proceedings, concerning the company.
8) Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide guidance to the company on any necessary changes to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in Law
2) Strong knowledge of commercial law and contract law.
3) Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
4) The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
5) Excellent skills in reviewing and drafting contracts and other legal documents
