Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate Litigation (Civil & Criminal) having PQE of 3 years or more at Falcon Legal in Andheri, Mumbai. Legal Associate, will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including research, legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, effective communication, ability to work collaboratively and comprehensive legal advice.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of law, including experience in Criminal, Civil & Commercial Laws
• Enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
• Well versed with Marathi/ Local Language
• Excellent drafting skill
• Law and Legal Issues knowledge
• Strong legal document preparation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal matters
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines
• Experience in specific legal domains (e.g., Criminal, Civil, Corporate Law) is a plus
• Master's degree in Law or related field is preferred
