The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Contracts Specialist to join our legal team. The candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate legal concepts effectively.
Skills Requirements
Mandatory Skillset LLB
Requirements
Drafting and reviewing agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Software License Agreements, Lease Deeds, Consultant Agreements, etc.
Reviewing and redlining contracts and other project legal documents from covered jurisdictions, assessing implications that need to be brought to the project teams and managements attention.
Preparing a contract checklist that summarises important contractual terms and conditions in accordance with governance for contracts.
Experience in contract drafting and redlining in English.
Good working knowledge of Company Law, Contract Act, Information Technology Act, Data Protection regulations, and other regulatory guidelines regarding Contract Life Cycle Management.
Working knowledge of global corporate law and compliance.
Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to think, act, and communicate legal issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
