Committed to excellence, we provide comprehensive legal services to a diverse clientele. : As a Legal Associate at S & S Associates, you will be an integral part of our IPR practice. Responsibilities include legal research, document drafting, case strategy development, and providing counsel to clients. This role is suited for individuals passionate about IPR matters and enrolled with the Bar Council. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough legal research on IPR laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of patent and trademark applications.
• Provide expert legal counsel on IPR issues to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies.
• Attend court proceedings and hearings as required.
• Stay abreast of changes in IPR laws and regulations.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Profound understanding of IPR laws and regulations.
• Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in IPR matters is advantageous.
