Job Description :

As a Legal Associate at Pirgal Consulting, you will play a key role in managing various legal matters. This position requires strong legal knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges.

Key Responsibilities :
• Property Law Expertise :
• Provide strategic legal advice and support in property-related issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to real estate.
• Handle property disputes and represent the company in legal proceedings.
Income Tax Matters :
• Conduct in-depth legal research on income tax laws and regulations.
• Offer guidance on income tax implications and draft related legal documents.
• Assist in preparing responses and appeals for income tax cases.
• Court Representation :
• Represent the company in court hearings and legal proceedings.
• Advocate on behalf of the company in legal forums.
• Keep up-to-date with evolving legal frameworks and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Drafting and Research :
• Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and provide valuable insights.
• Ensure all legal documentation complies with the highest standards of accuracy.

Additional Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with internal teams to offer legal guidance.
• Stay informed on legal developments and industry best practices.
• Assist with various legal matters as required by the organization.

Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
• Expertise (or interest) in property law and income tax matters.
Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
