The office is led by Designated Senior Counsel Basavaraj V Sabarad.
H.L. Pradeep Kumar is an empaneled advocate with several state authorities such as KIADB and KHB.
Several junior advocates are also part of the office to assist the aforementioned counsels.
The office deals with all areas of law but is primarily engaged in land acquisition and service laws.
Role Description
This is a full-time/hybrid role for a Legal Intern at Sabarad and Co in Bengaluru. The Legal Intern will be responsible for assisting with legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, and supporting lawyers with case preparation. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
• Currently should be in 4th/5th year of the 5 year course or 2nd/3rd year of the 3 year course
• Strong research and writing skills
• Good understanding of Indian laws and legal procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
