Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate at Sharma & Co. The Legal Associate will be responsible for legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role involves handling a wide range of legal matters in the areas of criminal defense, banking litigation, and other practice areas.

Qualifications
• Law and Legal Issues skills
• Legal Document Preparation and Analytical Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to research and analyze complex legal issues
• Experience of appearing in court in NI Act, P&S Settlement Act and SARFAESI Act cases must.
• LLB degree from an accredited institution
