Job Description
We are looking for a lawyer who would like to have a diverse set of responsibilities including conducting all kinds of searches, writing search opinions, drafting applications, prosecution, portfolio management, and supporting business development efforts in respect of trademarks, designs, copyrights, drafting commercial contracts, negotiating entertainment law contracts & domain dispute matters in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh & other countries across the globe.
Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai (remote or hybrid option is not available for this role)
Required Experience:
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in drafting and/or prosecuting trademark, copyright, or designs applications, conducting and writing opinions on all kinds of IP searches; at least 6 months of which was spent in a related role(s) within an IP law firm;
• Excellent language skills in English, both written and verbal;
• Ability to work independently and to take your own initiatives;
• A team player with strong interpersonal and networking skills;
