Funding: The company has raised a total of $7.5M in funding over 2 rounds. Our backers include Elevation Partners, Mayfield, Kotak Investment Advisors & Gruhas Proptech. Responsibilities •Assistance in drafting, review of Commercial Contracts •Assistance with title due diligence in jurisdictions pan India. •Contract Management. •Working with external counsel and business teams on understanding and creating product structures. •Contributing towards knowledge management through research and presentation on relevant structures and regulations in the financial products space. •Reporting of regulatory and legal developments to managers on a regular basis. Qualification Lawyer with minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience with leading Financial Institutions or law firm experience with some exposure in financial transaction work, with •Working knowledge of Corporate Law and Contract Law, would appreciate basic understanding of real estate transaction related documents •Good experience in drafting and negotiating Commercial Contracts and Agreements etc •Proficiency in MS Office Tools •Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
