Who We Are:

Sabarad & Co., is an office led by Designated Senior Counsel Basavaraj V Sabarad.

The office also comprises of H.L. Pradeep Kumar, who is an empaneled advocate with several state authorities such as KIADB and KHB.

Several junior advocates are also part of the office to assist the aforementioned counsels.

The office deals with all areas of law but is primarily engaged in land acquisition and service laws.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate at Sabarad and Co in Bengaluru. The Legal Associate will be responsible for appearing in Court, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing support to senior counsels. They will also assist in case preparation, client communication, and other legal tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures

• Excellent research and analytical skills

• Good communication and drafting skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field

• Previous experience or internships in a legal setting is a plus

• Admission to the Bar Council as a practicing advocate is preferred

• 0-2 PQE

• Ability to read and speak Kannada
