About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1. Study the case files and drafting of plaints, WS, legal notices, etc. (for the court litigation department)
2. Research the judgments/case laws using legal software such as Manupatra
3. Handle day-to-day appearance in courts
4. Assist the senior advocates in the chief examination, cross-examination, and arguments
5. Work on land and property conveyancing
6. Work on the preparation of title opinions, etc.
7. Work on the drafting of documents relating to real estate transactions
