Specific:

Given we are a Mining Company, with ongoing corporate and family related cases. Candidate with prior knowledge with regard to that is preferred.

Job Role:

1. Reading the cases and making notes.

2. Researching case studies & relevant topics on ongoing litigation matters & advising the same.

3. Drafting Mails, Letters, Contracts & Notices.

4. Maintaining briefs and case files & lists with knowledge of indexing

5. Checking Day to Day emails & updating to the Directors

6. Updating Case List & Cause List dates

7. Organizing conferences with Lawyers

8. Accounting of Legal Bills & Processing of same

9. Coordinating with lawyers for respective case updates

10. Appearing in Court with the lawyer

12. Note & follow up the day to day updates to the directors
