Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Associate to support our legal department in managing contracts, conducting due diligence, and coordinating legal processes. This role requires a strong foundation in contract law, the ability to work across teams, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple legal functions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including but not limited to:

• Letter of Intent

• MoU

• Term Sheet

• Master Service Agreement

• Vendor Agreement

• Shareholder Agreement

• Power Purchase Agreement

• Employment Agreement

• Insurance Agreement

• Construction Contracts

• SAAS Agreement

• Terms & Conditions

• Agreement to Lease/SaleBank NoCs

• Property Documents

• Environmental Certifications

• Corporate Filings (MOA, AOA, COI)

• POAs

• Related agreements

• Identify potential legal risks and assist in recommending mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate with external legal counsels on ongoing litigation and legal proceedings.

• Assist in the drafting of legal notices, affidavits, petitions, written statements, and other case-related documents.

• Ensure timely communication and documentation of legal matters across relevant stakeholders.

• Manage the legal document repository and ensure proper record-keeping.

• Support with tasks such as stamp duty calculations and execution-related activities.

• Act as a bridge between internal departments and external legal partners to facilitate legal processes.

• Maintain accurate and accessible legal documentation for internal and external use.

• Assist senior legal team members with other legal tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) or higher with a strong academic record.

• Specialization or demonstrated interest in contract law and corporate transactions.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and time management.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
