Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence, preparing detailed property reports, and handling legal matters in compliance with the RERA. The role demands a high level of precision and expertise in real estate law, along with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Due Diligence:
• Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions to ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulations.
• Review and analyze title documents, land records, and other relevant legal documents.
• Identify legal risks associated with property transactions and advise clients accordingly.
• Property Reports:
• Prepare comprehensive property reports that include legal status, title verification, and encumbrance checks.
• Coordinate with surveyors, valuers, and other professionals to gather and analyze property details.
• Draft and review reports for accuracy and completeness before submission to clients or stakeholders.
• RERA Compliance:
• Advise clients on the compliance requirements under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act.
• Represent clients in proceedings before the RERA authorities.
• Keep up-to-date with amendments and modifications in RERA and communicate these changes effectively to clients.
• Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including sale deeds, lease agreements, and construction contracts.
• Ensure that all contractual terms comply with legal standards and serve the best interests of the client.
• Client Consultation:
• Provide legal consultation to clients regarding real estate investments, property management, and dispute resolution.
• Develop legal strategies tailored to client needs and objectives in the real estate domain.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
• Registered with the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law.
• Profound knowledge of the RERA and other related laws.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and precision in handling legal documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High proficiency in legal research and reporting.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
