This position is ideal for professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience who are looking to enhance their expertise in U.S. legal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice
• Drafting demand letters and complaints
• Requesting and reviewing medical records
• Conducting legal research to support case strategies
Immigration Law
• Handling N-400 (Naturalization) and I-485 (Adjustment of Status) processes
• Drafting legal briefs and assisting with form filings
• Ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration laws and regulations
Requirements
• Strong experience in legal drafting (demand letters, complaints, legal briefs)
• Ability to conduct brief but effective legal research
• Familiarity with Washington, D.C. jurisdiction
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
