We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a strong legal background to support our legal associates and ensure the efficient functioning of our legal department.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
2. Conduct legal research on various topics and provide concise summaries and analyses to the legal team.
3. Organize and maintain legal files and documentation in a structured manner.
4. Assist in preparing for meetings, hearings, and trials by coordinating materials and providing logistical support.
5. Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, external parties, and other legal professionals.
6. Manage deadlines, schedules, and appointments for the legal team.
7. Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends to offer valuable insights and support.
8. Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
2. 3-4 years of experience with reputed Law firms handling relevant industry cases
Skills preferred:
Should have thorough understanding of construction Industry
Practical Experience in Litigation, Arbitration, NCLT matters is required
3. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex legal information.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
