Legal Claims Handler

This is what you'll be doing
As a Legal Claims Handler, your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:-
• Reviewing insurance policy terms and investigating potential issues.
• Assisting insured professionals in responding to complaints and claims.
• Negotiating settlements within delegated authority.
• Managing caseload to avoid unnecessary litigation and ensure effective resolution.
The experience you'll bring to the team
You will bring the following experience to the Claims Handling team:-
• Previous experience in claims with technical knowledge and expertise.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Good decision-making skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally experience with a case management system.
