5+years experience in litigation, corporate law and contract management, Legal Compliance and Procurement
• Should have in depth knowledge of various legal issues that cover contracting fundamentals, as well as exceptional skills in review, negotiating and finalize contracts, legal report and documentations.
• Conducting extensive research using writing and executive administration skills
• Leverage unique combination of Indian International Corporate Legal Sector. Skilled in research research Paper Publications and analyze rules regulations and devise high impact strategies to mitigate risk
• Drafting , Reviewing, and Negotiating Commercial Contracts and Employment Contracts
• Guiding management on regulatory and compliance matters
• Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products
• Representing the corporation before administrative boards
• Ensure the legality of commercial transactions
• Establish company policy according to legal issues.
• Manage all contracts, legal reports and documents
• ISO documentation
• Travelling to Gujarat for audit & ISO work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
