Key Deliverables are as under:
1. Coordination of Litigation matters such as Commercial Suits, Cheque Bouncing Cases, Insolvency matters, proceedings under Payments & Settlement Act
2. Drafting & Vetting of Loan Documents, Service Level Agreements, NDAs, Employment Contracts, Policies, Assignments, Copyright, Trademark Agreements, issuance of notices, replies to notices, etc
3. Strategise to ensure efficient and favourable orders
4. Case Law Research
5. Analysis and Implication assessment of RBI, SEBI, MCA, Regulatory Circulars/Guidelines
6.Trademark Registration & Litigation Management
7.Compliance Management
8. Coordination with different stake holders
+. Tasks incidental to Legal and Compliances
10. Advisory & Assistance to the management
11. NGO Compliances
12. Templatisation of Loan Documents
Key Requirements:
• Law Graduates with atleast 1 year of Post Graduation Experience
• Mumbai based
• Well versed with Court procedures
• Legal Drafting
• Competent to handle cheque bouncing, Insolvency, Trademark, Commercial Dispute matters, notices, complaint filings, etc
• Immediate Joiners
Work hours: 10 am to 7 pm
