We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Compliance Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our organization's adherence to legal standards and in-house policies. This role will involve a thorough understanding of the business processes and regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to translate these requirements into operational plans.

• Develop and implement effective legal compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.

• Proven experience with climate compliance, legal, and compliance auditing.

• In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.

• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.

• A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.

• Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.

• An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with computer software and databases.

• Professional Certification in Compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) will be an added advantage.
