As we expand our creative team, we are seeking a Creative Designer who can bring innovative ideas and visually stunning designs to elevate our brand identity and marketing efforts. This role requires a combination of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of digital media and brand storytelling.

Role Overview:

The Legal Consultant will be responsible for managing a wide range of legal affairs, including consumer court representation, contract management, and employee legal support. The role demands a thorough understanding of applicable laws and the ability to represent the company effectively in legal proceedings within and outside Rajasthan. This is a critical position that ensures Thrillophilia’s legal compliance and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Consumer Court Representation:

• Represent Thrillophilia in consumer court cases across Rajasthan and other jurisdictions.

• Ensure timely preparation, filing, and documentation of all legal submissions.

• Advocate on behalf of the company to safeguard its interests in all legal proceedings.

Contract and Agreement Management:

• Draft, review, and finalize contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

• Ensure that all legal documents are comprehensive, compliant with current laws, and aligned with company policies.

• Provide strategic legal advice on contractual obligations and risk mitigation.

Employee Legal Support:

• Represent employees in legal matters, including court cases and interactions with law enforcement authorities.

• Facilitate the filing of FIRs in court when required and coordinate with police and judicial bodies for follow-ups.

• Provide legal counsel to the Human Resources department on employment law and compliance matters.

General Legal Affairs:

• Oversee and manage all other legal issues related to the company’s operations.

• Monitor legal developments and ensure corporate compliance with new regulations.

• Liaise with external legal counsel as needed for specialized legal matters

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; additional qualifications in corporate or consumer law are advantageous.

• A minimum of 3-4 years of substantial legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in consumer court laws, contract law, and employment law.

• Proven ability to represent cases in court and effectively engage with law enforcement agencies.

• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple legal matters concurrently.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
