We are now looking to expand our bench with an exceptional commercial lawyer.
To join our hub, you need to demonstrate the following:
Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background
Top international law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience
Flexible, communicative and adaptable
Enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures
Rapidly develop close, trusting relationships
As a legal and compliance consultant, you also need to possess:
Minimum 5 years PQE in-house or within a law firm
Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiation of commercial contracts
Experience in IP, property contracts and vendor agreements
Experience in the education sector is preferred
