- Tele Calling With Leads - Follow Ups
- Accounting - Invoice Generation and Monitoring / Maintaing Payment received/ to be received- Adding Invoices to GST Folders
- Talking to Various Departments (BDA, BBMP, Panchayat and CMC, Sub-registrar, Taluk office) on Khata, Land Documents Procurement, House Tax, BESCOM and other services.
- Updates to the clients on the status of various Services
- Managing the Filed Executives and Planning their schedules.
• Requirement
The person has to have a vast Knowledge on Real Estate matters with respect of Documents.
Kannada and English
