Key Responsibilities
Drafting and negotiation of wide-ranging contracts including vendor and partnership agreements
Providing legal advice to various departments ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with business operations and transactions
Assisting in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures
Supporting the management team with legal insights for strategic decision-making
Monitoring changes in legislation within the healthcare industry that may impact the organisation
Collaboration with external legal counsel as required for specialised legal matters
Maintaining accurate records of legal documents and correspondence
Requirements
A degree in law from a recognised institution with specialisation in corporate or healthcare law preferred
Prior experience in a legal role ideally within the healthcare industry or a related sector
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and legal frameworks in healthcare
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders
