Sydney Construction Law Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in Sydney.
The successful candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in construction and commercial law, with a strong understanding of risk profiles, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
You will work closely with the Senior Lawyer and Deputy Managing Director, providing in-house legal and commercial services, including:
Preparation and negotiation of construction contracts and agreements
Understanding risk profiles
Negotiating and documenting financing facilities
Handling disputes and claims
Advising project directors on regulatory compliance
About You:
3-7 years of PAE from a law firm, construction, or real estate company
Good understanding of construction and commercial law
Experience in handling claims and dispute avoidance strategies
