Role Overview
As Legal Counsel, you will be an integral part of our legal team, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts to support the business and its stakeholders. You will provide expert advice and collaborate closely to ensure compliance, tackle emerging legal challenges, and help drive innovative strategies in the dynamic digital entertainment and crypto marketplace.

Your Responsibilities
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating critical contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements, sponsorship agreements, and vendor contracts.
Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders on technology, privacy, consumer protection, and contractual matters.
Monitoring regulatory changes in the digital entertainment and gambling industries.
Offering compliance advice and implementing policies to reduce legal risks.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (admitted to practice in Australia).
3-5 years of experience in private practice.
Proficient in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Technology and Digital Entertainment acumen.
Sports & Gambling knowledge.
Cryptocurrency knowledge.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira, and Intercom.
