The Role
We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel with expertise in commercial contracts to join our growing legal team.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including service agreements, software licenses, SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs, and partnership agreements.
Provide practical, concise legal advice on commercial and contractual matters to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to develop and implement contract templates and processes to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance.
Our ideal candidate is a qualified legal professional with at least 2 years of experience in handling commercial contracts, preferably within a tech or SaaS company.
They will be a commercially focused problem solver with experience of working with sales and procurement teams, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
