This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Compliance Officer - Law. The role involves ensuring that all legal requirements are met and that the company remains compliant with regulatory bodies. This includes reviewing and drafting legal documents, conducting research and analysis, and providing advice to senior management.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and laws.
• Reviewing and drafting legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Conducting research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Providing advice to senior management on legal matters.
• Managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as lawyers and regulatory bodies.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations.

Requirements:
• 8-12 years of post-qualification relevant experience in the legal role in Banks/NBFCs or law firms with banking & finance practice.
• Experience in PPI Industry/NBFC will be an added advantage.
