The Opportunity:

We are excited to be recruiting for a Legal Counsel, Business Banking. In this role, you will support the Senior Legal Counsel by providing expert legal guidance, advice, and support to the Business Banking department. You will take the lead in initiating and managing the business loan documentation process from start to finish, drawing on your professional knowledge and experience in documenting commercial lending facilities. This includes preparing and reviewing facility agreements, security documents, and all other associated documentation required to secure lending facilities for the Bank.

This role offers a high level of autonomy and the benefits of flexible hybrid working, with a blend of office and remote working options, plus access to our Bristol, London, and Edinburgh offices.
