We are looking for a legal counsel to aid in legal guidance, risk management, and compliance expertise. The ideal candidate will have a prior experience in legal relating to technology companies.

Key Responsibilities
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to aviation regulations, laws, and industry standards.
• Liaison with legal firms: Liaison with legal firms that we are working with on the different aspects of our day to day work.
• Corporate Governance: Advise on governance matters, including board operations and shareholder relations.
• Contracts and Agreements: Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, partners, and customers.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks, providing proactive solutions.
• Litigation Management: Oversee litigation and dispute resolution.
• Intellectual Property: Protect company IP and manage related matters.
• Compliance Programs: Develop and maintain compliance programs, including data privacy and security.

Education/Experience Required
• LLB or Integrated LLB qualified.
• 5 years working in legal in technology firms
