• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial contracts.
• Providing comprehensive legal advice on regulatory matters in the energy sector.
• Managing project contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Advising on legal risks in relation to power generation projects.
• Coordinating with external counsel on litigation matters.
• Supporting the legal team in various corporate legal matters.
• Working closely with the business team to understand and manage legal risks.
• Ensuring all legal activities align with the company's goals and mission.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Projects and Contracts Counsel' should have:
• 8-12 years of overall experience in the legal profession, ideally with a focus on the energy sector.
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with power generation/ utilities industry
