Job Description
• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities in the Power Generation industry.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements such as EPC, O&M and PPA
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage legal risks and ensure that the operations are in compliance with law.
• Support corporate decision-making to ensure legal and ethical compliance.
• Prepare legal reports and documents related to company projects.
• Participate in strategic planning and execution in legal matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Projects and Contracts Counsel' should have:
• A degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Experience in handling legal matters in the Power Generation industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
