About the Role
As a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel with 4-10 years' PAE, you will work alongside an experienced General Counsel/Company Secretary who values career progression and development.
You will have the autonomy to directly advise business stakeholders and executives on various matters including:
Negotiation of high-value contracts, such as commercial contracts, equipment & personnel hire, services & supply, and JV agreements.
Providing advice on employment, general commercial law, dispute resolution, and litigation.
Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
We are looking for lawyers with 4-10 years' PAE experience in commercial and contract law, construction law, construction litigation, or corporate law. Experience from in-house roles, top/mid-tier firms, or leading boutique firms is highly regarded.
